CCW recently hosted its annual golf event at the UBC Golf Club. The UBC golf pro’s put a great clinic together for golfers of all levels. We were separated into three groups and worked on our putting, pitching and driving. Lessons were learned and errors corrected (hopefully) for good!
The night ended with a delicious feast at the clubhouse that included passed hors d’oeuvres, a gourment buffet and a chef serving shrimp & scallop pesto orzo straight from the wok. Susan Hayes from Dialog was our door prize winner, taking home a beautiful Yellow Tail red wine gift box.
We trust that all the women who joined us for this exciting event will be at the next company or industry golf tournament showing the men that the women can also be great contenders!
