July Summer has arrived – get out and enjoy nature. Hiking, biking, camping, cottaging, cruising, travelling – where does your heart take you. October The weather is getting cooler – ever thought about starting a walking group at work?
November It is Canada’s healthy workplace month, go to healthyworkplacemonth.ca/en and learn some tips to make your workplace a healthier one.
